1. Contract Participants

The following parties enter into this binding agreement:

Service Provider: Image To Video AI ("Provider")
Operating Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Service Recipient: Annual Subscription Members ("Creator")

2. Key Terms

3. License Coverage

3.1 Annual subscription Members receive full, perpetual, global rights to utilize all AI-generated videos created through our platform during their active subscription period.

3.2 Granted privileges include:

• Complete monetization freedom across all platforms
• Integration with multimedia projects
• Adaptation and editing permissions
• Client project incorporation
• Worldwide distribution authority

4. Member Obligations

4.1 Members agree to maintain professional standards in video usage.

4.2 Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial projects.

5. Provider Warranties

5.1 The Provider warrants that it has the necessary rights and authorization to provide the services agreed upon in this agreement.

5.2 The Provider warrants that the AI-generated videos will not infringe upon existing copyrights of third parties.

5.3 The Provider warrants that, in accordance with the open-source licenses of the underlying AI models, it has the right to grant Members commercial usage rights for all videos generated on the platform.

5.4 The Provider makes no warranties regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the AI-generated videos.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the Member's use of the AI-generated videos.

6.2 The Member shall assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the AI-generated videos.
